Other Art

Now that I have a substantial stash of decorated papers, I use them to decorate books and other structures. I have just started working on collages and have improved my techniques after taking workshops in Newport, Oregon at the annual Newport Paper and Book Arts Festival. It has been a relaxing process where I get to play with wonderful colors and design elements. I also create small collages for greeting cards. I make frames, blocks and boxes that I cover with my decorated papers too. I am sure I will continue to find new ways to use my art papers, so I will continue to build up my stash and try new techniques.
