Art Papers

For many years of book making I bought all the paper I used and never applied any surface designs of my own. I eventually took a workshop on paste papers and became hooked on the idea of creating my own designs using my favorite colors. I took more classes, bought books on surface designs and of course bought lots of paints and inks. This is a place where I can play and every design is an adventure. I use stencils and stamps, many that I have enjoyed making. Sponges are a favorite tool and print making with Gelli plates and screens make wonderful surface designs. The techniques are endless.
